A highly nutritional vegetable (thistle) with high antioxidant value and liver boosting function. The liver is our detoxification powerhouse and is also metaphysically where the emotions anger, irritability and frustration reside. All too common when we are not aligned.

Symbol
Artichokes have a tender heart at its centre, much like the human heart, which we protect with strong outerlayers to stay safe and survive. Like human experience, each artichoke leaf is connected and related to the next. Through working with Candice, clients own and refine their layers to allow them to live a heart centered and authentic life.
