My Story
Whilst working with high level executives, plus also being one for many years (see below), I was always trying to get the best out of myself and my teams. I became passionate and educated about purpose, mindset, mental health, emotional regulation, physical health and connection . This led me on my journey to Business Consulting, Business Ownership, Investment, Yoga, Breath, Nutrition and Kinesiology + Mind Body Medicine.
HIGH FUNCTIONING ANXIETY, STRESS, ANGER + RAGE, SUGAR ADDICTION, SELF SABOTAGE, LIVING UP TO OTHERS EXPECTATIONS, PEOPLE PLEASING, DEPRESSION were my poison... my past default modes.

Through Kinesiology, I was able to gain significant insight and awareness, accept my story and past, embrace my purpose and take conscious aligned action with confidence and trust to shed the layers, the stories and mental patterns that no longer served me. I was able to regulate my nervous system.
​
I reconnected with my authenticity, significantly improved my physical, emotional and mental health, created my thriving business you see today which helps hundreds of others do the same. I now live an aligned life with strength, confidence, pleasure, joy, ease and abundance.

The power of the body, mind and soul connection still amazes me everyday. And I LOVE that I get to share my knowledge and skill with the world to teach others to live an ALIGNED and AUTHENTIC life. Health and happiness is a birth right!

As a former VP, Global Finance for a Silicon Valley Tech Company for many years, I know how to build purpose led sustainable business, help and teams thrive and grow wealth.

I helped take Nitro from 20 employees in Melbourne to over 200 employees globally, raising over $40M USD in venture capital plus a successful IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
​
Prior to Nitro, I worked in London as a Consultant and prior to that I was a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton in Melbourne.
​
I love working with business owners, career executives, creatives and working parents to help them harness their physical, emotional and mental energetics to invite in connection, joy creation and financial abundance.
My business owner, career executives and working parent clients love my breadth of knowledge, as according to them, I am 'not some WOO WOO energy chic' but someone that is highly educated, highly qualified and results backed. Plus, I have lived, breathed, created, grown and invested in multiple businesses. All while raising a family.
It's my years of corporate and health world's aligning. Something I am extremely proud of.

I am also a qualified Chartered Accountant, Yoga Teacher (Vinyasa, YIN and Children), Reiki Practitioner and Access Consciousness Practitioner.

I love to travel, move my body, read, invest, listen to music and podcasts. I love beautiful things and adore spending time with family and friends. Connection and creation are so important for my soul nourishment.

Last, but not least, I have a husband and 2 kids. We live, laugh, love and have fun together in Bayside, Melbourne, AUSTRALIA.
